Your dedicated business development manager

When you partner with us, you’ll be allocated your own dedicated Business Development Manager who will act as your single point of contact throughout your journey. Each BDM has years of industry experience and their goal is to make your life easier by helping you to put together and action a bespoke IR35 project plan for your agency. They’ll be on hand throughout our partnership to answer any of your compliance-related questions to give you complete peace of mind.

Training for your consultants

We provide a wide range of training resources to help you upskill your staff and train your consultants. The IR35 reforms and their implementation can be complex, so ensuring your staff understand what’s happening and how to navigate it is vital to protect yourself from risk later down the line. We will help to train your consultants with a series of briefings about the upcoming legislation, advice on how to answer contractor’s questions, assistance with migrating contractors to new working options, and support with implementing new daily processes to manage ongoing IR35 assessments.

Help with client briefings

It is crucial that your clients understand IR35 and you collaborate with them to prepare compliantly. If they don’t have a plan to prepare for IR35, this could leave you open to two situations: blanket bans on PSCs or financial liability passing to you down the supply chain (in the event of non-compliant assessments from the end client). We’ll help you to create and action a tailored comms plan to brief your clients on the reforms, how they should be preparing, and how you can work together to support your contractors compliantly. With a range of strategic communications in place, you can prevent blanket bans and ensure your end clients are working compliantly – minimising financial risk to your agency.

Events for your contractors

It’s important in the lead up to April, that you communicate with contractors about the reforms and how you plan to prepare for them. We can help you host informative events and webinars to support your contractors through the implementation of IR35; explaining how it may affect them and providing details of a range of working options.

Handling mass migrations

As contractors receive their Status Determination Statements, a large proportion of your contingent workforce will likely be reconsidering their working options. If you have large volumes of contractors who need to switch to Umbrella, we have significant expertise handling large-scale migrations. We’ll help you draft detailed communications and pay illustrations to contractors to ensure they understand their new way of working and ensure a smooth onboarding process. We’ve had years of experience in large-scale migrations like these and we’ve even expanded and cross-trained our team to guarantee we can help transition contractors as efficiently and seamlessly as possible.

Out-of-hours support

We operate extended opening hours from 8 am – 8 pm + Saturdays. Plus, we offer out-of-hours emergency support to ensure you’re always taken care of.

Monthly newsletters

Your agency needs to stay abreast of the changes and how they’ll impact you. Whenever we receive important legislation updates or briefings, we’ll be in touch with your agency straight away and your BDM will be on hand to help you adapt your strategy accordingly. Plus, we issue monthly e-newsletters to always keep you in the loop and give you advanced updates about important industry developments.
