JSA Services completes its sixth acquisition with Paysure
Paysure has specialised in the freelance and temporary worker sector since 2010. The firm’s two partners who have over 20 years experience in the industry, Loren Taylor and Glen Dibley, will be joining JSA as consultants immediately.
Kwasi Missah, MD at JSA said: “We are delighted to have been able to acquire a business with such an excellent track record as Paysure. The firm operates within the same sector and thus has a great deal in common with JSA culturally, commercially and operationally. Our values are very much aligned.”
The firm has a well-established base of customers and a proven track record of developing strong relationships with individual contractors. We look forward to building on these successes and integrating the two businesses swiftly and smoothly, so that our combined client base can continue to enjoy the first class customer service for which both businesses are renowned. This acquisition demonstrates the resilience, strength and continued importance of the UK’s contingent labour force and we are happy to be of service to them.”
Missah concluded: “We believe this to be another significant acquisition in the sector, and delighted that it’s our sixth in the last two and a half years.”
Loren Taylor, co-founder and partner at Paysure, added, “It has been a real pleasure working with Kwasi and JSA CEO, Andrew Goodman, on this transaction. Glen Dibley and I are very proud of the business we’ve built up over the past 6 years at Paysure. We know that our customer base will continue to thrive as part of JSA Services and we both look forward to joining the team there, helping to take the combined business to the next level.”
