Established in 1989, compliance, customer service and professionalism are at the heart of everything we do.
Where are we?
We are a UK based company located in Watford, Hertfordshire. We have no offshore offices nor operations and we work with contractors, freelancers and employment agencies all across the UK. All our Directors are resident in the UK.
What do we stand for?
Our business is compliance led with a strong customer-centric and technology–driven approach to delivering our services. Customer Service as a core discipline helped JSA win Customer Service Excellence accreditation in 2013 and Umbrella Services Provider Company of the Year in 2014. Our other core discipline is Compliance; protecting the best interests of our agency partners and our contractors is the cornerstone of our success.
JSA operates in a highly regulated environment and absolute compliance with tax regulation and employment law is at the heart of our offering.
JSA has been one of the leading firms involved the establishment and development of the Freelance Contractors Services Association (FCSA), the organisation that sets the highest standard of compliance in the sector and drives the compliance agenda with HMRC.
