A familiar face in the industry, Del has worked in the contractor payments arena since 2008. His clear focus is on building long-term relationships with all of our agency clients.

This ensures we gain a thorough understanding of the specific needs of each client and enables us to provide tailored support and guidance on all aspects of contractor engagement.

Steve has been with JSA for over 13 years and over this time has established our payrolls within the logistics and more recently our rail sectors. Steve looks after some of our key accounts and also brings in new business and establishes solid relationships. He is an avid Rugby Union fan and can be found at Twickenham on a regular basis usually at the bar after the game having a sing song.
Natalie has worked with JSA for 8 years running the customer service and inbound sales team before taking on the role of working directly with our agency partners. As part of our agency support team she is responsible for providing advice and support to agencies and consultants across sectors, whilst building new business relationships. In her free time she enjoys watching a number of sports such as Tennis and Football, and her favourite holiday is skiing in Canada!
Maria has been in the industry since 2015 and is responsible for generating new business at JSA and offering assistance to agencies and consultants, to help understand what solutions are best for their contractors. In her free time she enjoys keeping fit and going to the gym, her favourite type of holiday is being on a beach and relaxing!
Jennifer is an experienced business development manager and has been working in the industry since 2015. She loves to meet new people and strives to make life easier for the clients she looks after. In her free time, Jennifer likes to go to the gym, see friends and go shopping.
Byron joined JSA in January 2020 and is responsible for building quality relationships between JSA and our agencies. Byron is always on hand to provide professional and friendly advice to answer any questions agencies and consultants have. In his free time, Byron enjoys rugby, eating out and holidays in Spain.
Amy is an experienced Business Development Manager with experience in the industry spanning 5 years. She is a key point of contact for consultants and is always on hand to provide help and advice.
Stuart has worked in the industry since 2005 and has built up a wealth of client relationships over the years. He is responsible for managing several of the key accounts at JSA and is also heavily involved in developing and promoting IR35 Complete. Outside of the work environment, Stuart is a father to 3 (soon to be 4!) children and is a keen table tennis player.
Mariella has worked in the recruitment industry for three years, in which time she has had in depth experience in the construction and education sectors. She manages several different accounts and is dedicated to building loyal partnerships with our agencies. Passionate about health and fitness, Mariella enjoys going to the gym and loves to travel the world – she is always adding new countries to her list of dream destinations.
Stephanie joined JSA as an Account Manager in October 2020, working within our agency support team. She has a 6-year background in recruitment and HR, giving her a fantastic understanding of both sides of the industry. She is very driven, motivated, and will always go above and beyond to ensure clients receive the best experience working with JSA. She is passionate about exploring new countries and enjoys journeying to the coast in her camper van with her surfboard!
Caroline has been with JSA for 12 years, working across various departments within the business, giving her a great knowledge base for her current role in the agency team. She is passionate about building new agency relationships, and looking after our existing clients. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, and going on sunny holidays.
Korina has been with JSA for almost 4 years working in customer service and inbound sales before joining the agency management team, where her knowledge allows her to provide excellent support and advice to our agencies and contractors. On a personal note, she wants to travel the world and loves all things animal-related!
James joined JSA in 2005 and since 2011, has managed compliance across the business, working closely with other senior managers and the board to deliver a compliant and robust service to our clients.
In his spare time, he likes to travel and explore as much of the world as possible.
