What is an umbrella company?

Umbrella updates and news
As it will now be the end hirer’s responsibility to determine your IR35 status, you need to be aware of the changes to ensure you receive a fair SDS.
A meeting yesterday with HMRC revealed umbrella companies should not be classed as ‘intermediaries’ under the April 2021 off-payroll legislation.
